ALLIANCE PARTNERS
To broaden and deepen the penetration of our value-added global communications services offering, TSG has established partnerships with leaders within their categories, and are pursuing other similar relationships throughout the world. These relationships leverage TSG’s ability to fine-tune the performance of our Network to further extend the advantages of TSG’s Defined Networking philosophy for our Clients.

TransNexus provides TSG with a MAJOR advantage over our competitors. Traditional wholesale VoIP operators replicate the switched star architecture of circuit switched telephone networks. These wholesale VoIP networks perform inter-carrier routing and access control with a softswitch, gatekeeper, sip proxy or session border controller. Like a PSTN circuit switch, these signaling devices create an inefficient network bottleneck for inter-carrier traffic that increases capital expenditures, operating costs and impacts quality of service. TSG's TransNexus OSS/BSS solution uses advanced Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and stateless routing technology to eliminate the need for inefficient network control points. The TransNexus platform is the leading, standards based solution which provides secure, multi-lateral peering among VoIP networks. By eliminating network choke points, TSG can fully leverage the benefits of IP networking and direct inter-carrier peering. "The NexSRS Peering Server and NexOSS suite of back-office utilities are the foundation of TSG Global Inc's OSS/BSS solution."

Precision Telecom Technologies' suite of technology solutions provide TSG the technology and "Business Systems Infrastructure" of our organization. These improvements help position TSG to support an increased volume in business, provide the needed technology tools to better serve and focus on the end user customer, better support and interface with distribution channels and reduce our overall technology cost.

Oracle has helped TSG establish our position as an innovator in the wholesale voice industry in the USA and in the world.  TSG’s Oracle deployment is used to fully streamline our OCN / Lata - LERG based Routing & OSS & BSS systems by a very wide margin ahead of our competitors. Oracle has also assisted TSG to gain the ability to deliver real-time billing, perform instant call rating and maintain all subscriber-level billing records for administrative and revenue calculation purposes.

Inherent within TSG’s wholesale routing and settlement systems is RSA Security's (NASDAQ:RSAS), BSAFE(R) Crypto-C encryption software. RSA Security Inc. the most trusted name in e-security and most widely used data security technology on the Internet provides TSG with the most sophisticated security technology available today. TSG’s routing solution facilitates the secure exchange of IP traffic and service revenues for our voice traffic. The RSA Security BSAFE(R) Crypto-C encryption software, provides secure, encrypted communications on TSG’s Voice gateways supporting the open, international standard - the Open Settlement Protocol (OSP), and the TSG service points technology behind routing, authorization and usage information collection for IP traffic.

Our elite tax research team investigates the telecom tax law changes every day. We know what's changing, and where. And we ensure that our clients are protected by meeting their telecom tax obligations. If your current carrier is not legally compliant you are not either and run the risk of losing your business. We’ve been in business since 1994 for a lot of reasons one of them is “WE ARE COMPLIANT!” BillSoft provides TSG superior capabilities and the ability to accurately ascribe relevant taxes.

Cisco is TSG’s exclusive provider of "Router Technology". TSG utilizes Cisco carrier-class edge routers to offer integrated, high-density Ethernet switching, carrier-class IP/MPLS routing, and 10-Gbps interfaces, benefiting and enabling TSG to deliver both consumer and business services over a single converged Carrier Ethernet network.

TSG’s timely & savvy deployment of "Sip Express Router" in 2003 has allowed us to rapidly grow to become the Largest Voip aggregator in North America with minimal capital expenditures, creating a cost advantage that has allowed us to offer services at more favorable pricing against competitors.

OpenSER is a mature and flexible "Open Source SIP Server" (RFC3261). It can be used on systems with limited resources as well as on carrier grade servers, scaling to up to thousands call setups per second. It is written in pure C for Unix/Linux-like systems with architecture specific optimizations to offer high performances. It is customizable, being able to feature as fast load balancer; SIP server flavors: registrar, location server, proxy server, redirect server; gateway to SMS/XMPP; or advanced VoIP application server.

TSG utilizes VeriSign to access cost-effective services from the largest independent SS7 network. VeriSign's database services helps TSG offer enhanced services without building additional infrastructure or increasing administrative workload.

Telcordia is one of the world's foremost providers of software and services for IP, wireline, wireless, and cable networks. Telcordia provides TSG elements to manage and grow in an era of unprecedented global opportunity. Telcordia provides TSG with physical routing details to support interconnection agreements, prepare for monthly network changes, locate switch and rate center information, and allow for proper routing and completion of calls.

TSG's IBM "High-availability Redundant Blade Centers" provide TSG a high-speed, low-latency switching fabric to help provide TSG powerful carrier grade clustering. TSG did not imitate a "Legacy" approach, where one very expensive machine does everything. The TSG platform is stable and scalable with no single-point-of-failure. It has the potential to scale to hundreds of SIP Proxy servers and Media servers, each within a load-balanced environment that supports hundreds of calls per second. TSG's design principals and engineering adapts the "Google farm" mindset to VoIP and transactional data processing

TSG is interconnected to all 22 of Level (3)'s SONUS NBS's; most Level (3) clients are connected to 2 SONUS NBS's; we have FAR more capacity on the Level (3) Voice Network than any other Carrier in the world. TSG’s relationship with Level (3) Communications dates back to 1998 where TSG provided nationwide circuit provisioning and interconnect project consulting as a premier vendor for Level (3). TSG receives favorable pricing on the Level (3) Network based on the depth of our "long term relationship, excellent credit history, joint development efforts and substantial volumes of business" between our companies.

TSG's Legacy "Titan" network has been recently augmented with our West Coast "Cobra" Network to provide true East Coast - West Coast Geographic redundancy. The Geographically distributed architecture of our Titan & Cobra Networks have sucessfully passed billions of minutes of voice traffic and is constantly being enhanced by our in house development staff as well as 3rd party product knowledge experts throughout the industry. Unlike other Routing solutions, TSG's TITAN & Cobra platforms do not export proprietary routing table to our signaling proxies, softswitches or session border controllers. Instead, TSG's signaling proxies, softswitches or session border controllers queries the high performance TSG Qos based route server clusters through a standards based interface. The function of the TSG route service is similar to the function of a Service Control Point (SCP) in an SS7 network and enables scaling of very large routing tables that are not limited by softswitch or session border controller hardware. The result is "TSG's industry leading" - "Digital Enhanced Voice Services" which include industry leading Qos metrics, setup of calls and lower PDD's traditionaly not associated with inefficient VoIP industry standard hardware being deployed by our competition.
